I took a remote tropical beach vacation just to play Monopoly with my wife

Punchline

The golden sand extended for miles, with no one in sight. My wife laid out a blanket as the waves gently rolled in. I unboxed the game. The scent of coconut and saltwater calmed our souls. She organized the cards. The game pieces glimmered in the soothing sun. I stacked the money. She chose the thimble as her game piece. I chose the boot. We were awash in the sensations of this tropical Eden when my heart sunk. I had left the dice at home. We were devestated. At that very moment, a colorful parrot emerged from the lush tropical forrest behind us, circled briefly overhead, and descended just inches above the game board. Hovering briefly, the parrot dropped two dice from its claws before quickly vanishing once again into the dense green landscape. Astonished and utterly convinced that this beach was truly heaven on earth, I picked up the dice and exclaimed, “This is parrot dice!”
