Punchline

We were watching a movie with Cheech Marin in it, his character is a veteran. In the course of the story, he helps organize a parade for the main characters, and is shown saluting the main character during the parade. I said "That's cool that they wrote that in. You know Cheech is a veteran, right?" My wife pushed back a little bit, as Cheech's persona doesn't usually make one think "Oh, he must be a veteran!" I said "You've heard of the War on Drugs? I mean, technically, he fought for the other side." That one got me "the look." Mission accomplished!
